Synthesis Therapies offers one-to-one online therapy. Treatment is rooted in the evidence base of what works, while being personalised to each client and problem.
Accepting teens and adults from across England, therapy is provided by Dr Siobhan O’Leary, Clinical Psychologist.
Over sixteen years of clinical practise informs an approach to client care that serves two key things: the quality of the experience and the effectiveness of the therapy.
Complimentary Consultation
Siobhan offers brief consultations by phone, free of charge. You can discuss your wants and needs, and find out if she is a good fit for you before any appointments.
Assessment Phase
Successful therapy starts with skilled assessment. This phase allows problems and goals to be defined, and treatment recommendations to be generated.
Therapy
Sessions are usually weekly, which promotes progress. Recommendations will indicate a length for treatment but this does not constrain clients and is regularly reviewed.

All insurance-funded spaces are full.
Clients who will be self-funding their therapy are welcome.
